10 tips for skin care in the summer
As at this time we are more exposed to the sun, it is best to know how to protect ourselves to avoid damage… During the holiday season, we often expose ourselves to all kinds of harmful agents such as heat, salt water, chlorine and moisture, which can ruin our skin. Holy Trinity for good health and radiant skin is valid for the whole year. So with these tips, do not forget to eat a balanced diet, exercising at least 45 minutes each day and sleep 7 to 8 hours. Your body tends to lose a lot of moisture in the summer, so it is important to replace periodically H2O. Drink plenty of water and liquids, and the skin stays smooth and hydrated.
If possible, try to stay indoors from 11:00 am 3:00 pm. During this time, it is when the sun’s rays are stronger and can have an adverse effect on your skin. Apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes before leaving. If you have been exposed to the sun for more than two hours, reapply sunscreen to remain protected.

3. Use tonic
Keep cool closed pores and skin using facial tonic. Find the one that suits you or apply rose water. Its natural cooling properties make it an excellent tonic.
4. Use moisturizing cream
Hydration routine completely not skips because it is essential to keep skin hydrated. However, if you find your regular moisturizer too oily, use a water-based.
5. Avoid soft drinks
These drinks are full of sugar that is not good for your skin. Drink water, fresh fruit juices or coconut water to stay hydrated. Minimize intake of diuretics like alcohol and caffeine because they reduce your water system.
6. Clean your face twice a day
To keep the pores free of dirt, even if you feel your skin is clean. Cleaning and moisturizing the skin before bed is an absolute necessity.
It is important to exfoliate the skin in the summer to remove dead skin and improve circulation of blood in the face.

8. Do not like the tan?
Chickpea flour can be used to get rid of an uneven tan. Mix with yogurt and a squeeze of lemon apply on face and leave until dry. Remove with cold water.
9. Get the warm glow of summer
Just mix 2 tablespoons of papaya with a teaspoon of honey and 1 egg white. Leave the mixture on your face for about 15 minutes and enjoy the light that will receive later.
10. Refresh your skin
Mix half a cucumber and crushed 1 tablespoon yogurt. Apply this on the face for 15 minutes and remove with cold water.
