INGREDIENTS

• 800 gr of blackberries
• 150 grams of sugar
• 250 ml of water

METHOD

• Pour the water with the sugar into a high-sided pot and prepare a syrup, bringing it to a boil for a few minutes.
• While the sugar-water-based syrup cools, wash the blackberries and place them on a dry cloth to dry.
• Pass the blackberries through a vegetable mill to obtain a puree and discard the skins and seeds.
• Add about 500 gr of blackberry juice to the syrup, pour into the bottles, and seal tightly.
• Boil in a bain-marie for about 30 minutes.
