Anxiety disorders are among the most common psycho-pathologies. It is estimated that 25% of people experience at some point in their life a disorder of anxiety. It is therefore likely that if you do not have it, know someone who suffers from this problem. The situation is so serious that anxiety has been ranked as the “silent epidemic of this century.”
